    Hi there!

Thanks for contacting us. I will be happy to help you out =)

When you mention that you are redirected to an empty page, is it completely blank or “empty” as in back to the queue, which is empty?

I had another user having some plugin conflict, which basically prevented him from refilling the queue. The outcome was he was getting same blank screen. He simply deactivated and reactivated Tweet Wheel and it all was back to normal. You may also try deactivate other plugins or switch the theme to see if they cause the clash.

Unfortunately I don’t have credentials to log in to your admin panel to see the issue myself.

Regarding your question – Is there a way to take the first X no. of posts to tweet instead of trying to load all of them? – This feature is available in the pro version along with many other improvements here https://codecanyon.net/item/tweet-wheel-auto-tweet-your-wordpress-content/11802003.

Thank you for the speedy reply. Sorry about the confusion; the the page redirected to is blank. https://coloradodeals4u.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=tw_queue&tw_fill_up=true. I have deactivated and reactivated the plugin to no avail. I would be happy to give you login credentials if you would give me an email to send them to.
Again, thank you very much for your time.

Sure. You can contact me using the contact form on my website https://nerdcow.co.uk/contact-us/

I will try and re-create the issue on my side as I have access to website with an excessive amount of products. Maybe it’s just too much of data to process.

    Hi!

    Thank you for your patience.

I have replicated your WordPress installation on my end using the same plugins (to an extent – without premium ones) and I couldn’t find anything causing Tweet Wheel to malfunction.

I was also able to queue up about 1500 items at once easily, however increasing the number was causing 502 bad gateway error, which I think is in the root of your blank page being served.

Basically, servers limit requests made by scripts by time. If that time is exceeded, they throw back 502 error titled “request has timed out”. That limit varies per server, so you might try increasing it to a minute or so, so Tweet Wheel has enough time to queue up your products.

Alternatively, you can purchase the pro version which allows you to limit imported items by amount and date range. That would solve the problem.

Hope this explains the issue and thanks for choosing Tweet Wheel! =)

Thank you very much for your time. I will try to change max_time on server. I will look into the pro version.

    Thanks again
