I’m having a problem getting the plugin to work with Quform – the ID of the email element is 4_4, but what I’ve noticed is that in the code – the ID is: id=”quform_4_4_2abaa0″ but the 2abaa0 changes every time you refresh the page, so not really sure what to do here. Bit stumped.
Is there any solution? Quform is a very popular premium plugin.

  • Hello?@mommaroodle ,?

Yes, we have a solution to your problem.

As your Quform email field id is not constant we need to make the changes accordingly in our plugin code.??
We can check selectors based on the constant values which are always getting appended to input fields’ ids or classes.

Please send us the query from plugin support so we can look into the issue and resolve the same.

    Thank you,?

We haven’t heard back from you.

Were you able to resolve this issue in our Google Authenticator [2FA/OTP] plugin?
If not, you can raise a query through the support form and we will reach out to you for further assistance.
