    EME placeholders are only interpreted inside EME shortcodes.
    But create a form using any tool, and then copy that html inside the EME form format, changing just the text by the placeholders where needed and you should be good to go.
    I’ll try to make the general form creation section a rich-text thingie, that will help also, but that’s for the future.
