• Suddenly having issues with my QUIC Cloud CDN. It’s showing up an error page with a 520 error saying it can’t connect. It also includes the following suggestion:

Please verify that all QUIC.cloud IPs are in the allowlist on your server, and that your domain is configured correctly in QUIC.cloud CDN Configuration. Learn more at https://quic.cloud/docs/cdn/setup/adding-quic-cloud-ips-to-allowlist/ or pass this linked info along to your hosting provider.

Now I don’t know where exactly I’m supposed to be white listing these IPs. Can anyone help?

That would be wherever you have an active firewall. This could be one or more of the following:

    1) 3rd-Party Web Application Firewall (WAF)
    2) External firewall at your cloud provider
    3) Firewall software on your server
    4) WordPress Firewall Plugin.

It’s impossible for us to tell, as we don’t know the details of your hosting and security setup.

I have a wordpress plugin for security which has a firewall option. I’ll try white listing there.

I suppose I could try contacting my hosting as well?

I did some searching around and found mention of a “Litespeed webadmin console” from which IP’s can be whitelisted. I can’t seem to figure out how to access it though. I even looked through the litespeed plugin installed on my site and can’t find anything. I’ve disabled the CDN for now, but will need to resolve this quickly.
