    Morning,

    It’s been 48hrs since I set this up but I am not getting the SSL issued.

    I assume when you say change your CNAME is to replace the existing one with that displayed on my panel – which is what I have done. Reading the odd support topic I see some stipulate they have the existing and added the QUIC.cloud – so just to clarify what is the correct way?

    My panel says the following now whereas yesterday I was just waiting for the SSL to be issued.

    CDN in Use
    CNAME Verification in Progress

    Must be reverified when Cert generation fails
    Current status: in queue
    SSL Certificate is Missing
    in queue

    Not sure why this is taking so long?

    Hi,

    Apologize for the inconvenience,

    We’ve had some issue on one of the QC main server and it has been fixed now.

    The issue right now is that during the problematic period , all verification requests are being piled up , so by now they start to process and needs to wait for the list to be cleared.

    once current processing list is cleared , your verification should be processed in no time , or your domain could also already in the list and waiting for process.

    OK, I had to turn it off as I couldn’t access the site – I will try again over the weekend again.
