quick adsense ad rotation plugin = ???

I guess it is normal that putting php code in the fields of the quick adsense plug in instead of the javascripts does not work…since the ad rotation plugin return php code…is there a workaround with this, I mean letting the quick adsense plugin work with php code, or maybe another ad plugin that support php code?
