Quick and thorough response customer services with Zerif Lite rollback

  • We are very pleased with the look and feel of Zerif Lite in combination with the free ResponsiveBoat template.

    We needed to do a rollback from ZerifLite version 2.0.5 to the official WordPress version 1.8.5.24 in combination with an upgrade to ResponsiveBoat version 1.1.5. A small bug in the code of the theme made our logos temporarily disappear om the headers.

    Very pleased with the quick customer service responses. Hapiness Engineer Poonam Namdev was able to help us get there within 12 hours.
