Quick Cache Migration

I moved my multi-site installation from the staging server to the production server and apparently forgot to disable the plugins when doing so. There appears to be a link between Quick Cache on the production and staging servers. When I’ve disabled the plugin on the staging server, the live site goes down.
Has anyone else encountered this and have some insight into how to unlink the two sites?
