Quick Cache & Mobile/Tablet content

Hi,

I’ve a question about Quick Cache and rendering content on different screen resolutions. The basic question i have is – is there a way to create a different set of cached files for desktop | tablet | mobile?

I have some Google Double Click tags on my site. For each resolution, a different ad is served but what i’ve found recently is that because of caching, this doesn’t work correctly and whatever is cached first is served across all resolutions?

I’m a little stumped to be honest – can any one shed any light on a solution like the above?
