Quick Customization: Change "Organizer" Display Name

I know this is probably a simple wording change in a php file, I’m just not sure which one or where, and perhaps someone has it figured out. I’m using the calendar to list classes, and instead of “organizer” I would like the event pages to display the word “Instructor” on each event.

Keeping the organizer title is fine everywhere in the backend, I just want to change it as displayed on the event posts. Which file do I need to crack open and edit?
