    Hi,

    Add the below CSS to your site that will fix the dot going out of box (it is due to your site css)
    Appearance > customizer > Additional css

    .pisol-ppscw-methods{
    margin-left:20px !important;
    }

    At present plugin does not show the cost if it is 0, will change that in the next update
