Hello! I wrote to your site’s support last week but didn’t receive a response, so I will try here.

After the last update (previous to 4.2.4), the “Quick Edit” function on categories created by Pods and EventOn, for example, show a Loading symbol (grey update circle) perpetually (until I leave the page). This loading circle occurs on Pages and Posts, and it works fine there (it loads the AIOSEO data). However, in other lists of posts (such as posts created by Pods and EventOn), it seems to want to load something that’s not there, and the loading doesn’t stop. I was hoping the problem would be addressed with AIOSEO version 4.2.4, but it’s still an issue.

Because I do numerous “quick edits” daily, it’s a frustrating problem. Is it possible to look into why AIOSEO is trying to load on these alternate lists of posts? Thank you!

    Hi @heesea,

Would you be able to check for errors in your browser error console so I can help you?

    Please follow these steps:

    • Go to the screen where you’re experiencing the problem and open the browser developer tools. You can find instructions for each browser here.
    • Reload the screen and check the Console tab for errors which will show in red.
    • Take a screenshot or copy and paste these errors and send them to me and I can investigate this further.

We also have an article on this here – https://aioseo.com/docs/how-to-open-the-browser-error-console/

    Hi @heesea,

We haven’t heard back from you in a week. I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
