Quick Event Mgr not sending mail to Customer

    Quick Event Manager has been working fine for a couple of years but now it’s not
    sending the email confirmation to the person who signs up for an event.
    I’ve turned on the debugger and found QEM generated the errors below:

    Is anybody else experiencing issues with the person signing up not receiving
    their confirmation email?
