Quick Fix Please – Older/Newer Posts Link Help

Hey all,

I need help with something really quick please. If someone would help me out, I would be very grateful. I need the code to display the older/newer posts links like so:

On the homepage, only display older posts link. Once clicked, display newer posts link. If you get to the first page of posts, display only newer posts link.

I’ve seen the code out there before, I just can’t remember where and I can’t seem to find it (I’ve searched Google for a while now..).
