Quick Image?

I am really looking for this wordpress plugin called ‘quick image’. I found it on this blog: https://garry.tv

Anyone know where I can get it? I’ve looked everywhere! It’s where you click the image then it just pops up full size from the thumbnail type thing, and you can drag it around.
