quick MySQL question: changing comment status

This is just a very quick question about working in the MySQL interface. I want to change the status of all of my comments. I know there’s simple command that I must type, but I can’t remember what it is. It’s been way too long. The row in question is comment_status. Can anyone help me out? Thank you.
