Hi,

I have installed Quick Post Widget to a separate page in my site (I haven’t published it yet).

The plugin works great and I was able to input the title and text into it and upload it no problem – brilliant in fact. However I also want to enable users to upload images with their posts and this part doesn’t seem to work. I have enabled it with catchpa in the settings.

I am just getting a blank media upload page. I have tried it in IE8, Firefox 3.6 and Chrome but it doesn’t work in any of them.

I don’t have any other plugins installed so it can’t be that (well Akismet is installed but isn’t activated).

Can you suggest any solutions to my problem please.

The URL of the page where I have installed it is https://www.vintageimages.info/user-uploads/.

Hi Margaret,

I checked your site and saw you’re getting an error message when opening the filemanager:

Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL https://www.vintageimages.info/user-uploads/ from frame with URL https://vintageimages.info/wp-content/plugins/quick-post-widget/mce/advimage/image.htm?ver=3.2.1. Domains, protocols and ports must match.

The difference in the two domains is the www prefix. Apparently Crossframe-Scripting is not allowed. I’m not very much into this but I will try to find a solution. I suppose it has to do with your server configuration.
If someone else has a solution, please help us out.

Could you send me an email (address in quick-post-widget.php file)?

I did send you an e-mail the other day as you requested. Have you been able to work out my problem yet?

Thank you very much for looking into this. I wanted to get the site up and running immediately so rather than wait I decided to change the url back to https://vintageimages.info and the plugin is now working great.
