Quick Question..

Question. I would simply like to add some html pages outside of my blog (for example copyright info, about, etc.)

To be a little more simple, I would like to add a thankyou page in plain html. Everytime I try to do this the page lands on my 404 site. I want this to stop. How can I make it happen.
