Quick question – does this work with Pages or just Posts

I’ve used CCC successfully in posts, pages and widgets. But it might be theme dependent. I used GeneratePress and Elementor without problem.

I get nothing at all on a Page. I’m not planning on moving from Avada, so this is a problem. It’s a shame as this looks like a great plugin.

I’m not familiar with Avada, but is there a setting like “allow third part shortcodes” inside Avada? Or will change the setting “Enable shortcodes in Text widget” at the settings page of Custom Content Shortcode something?

‘Enable shortcodes in Text widget’ is already selected. As is the [raw] shortcode, which I have tried. The fact that the shortcodes work perfectly in Posts leads me to think it’s something else. The Avada theme is controlling Posts as well as Pages.

Are any shortcodes working on pages?

If so, this should work as well. Try with a simple loop looping your posts.

[field link]
[/loop]

I have the same problem using very popular Neve theme – it passes content from post but will not pass from page – tried different things but still not working

No response from the developers on this?

Yep. I have shortcodes for Contact Forms 7, Pardot and a few others – all working as expected.
