Quick question–how to "Paste from Word"..

Hello,

On one of my WordPress sites, when I’m in the

“Add New Post”

mode where I’m typing a post, I’ve got a little extension on my formatting menu that includes an option called “Paste from Word”, along with a couple of extra menu choices on the formatting menu.

I just created a new WordPress site, and this new one does not have that “Paste from Word”, or that extension of the formatting menu. How do I get that? I have forgotten how I did it.
