Quick questions before going Pro

  • I have been trialing the free version before going pro and have a couple of quick questions in terms of support and customization.
    I am having a lot of trouble finding the kind of documentation I need to do 2 things: 1) color-code events on the calendar by category, and 2) find any code examples for hooks and filters to limit the display of recurring events in an events list while displaying them in the calendar. Marcus, thanks for the help earlier where you told me that just about anything is possible. I’m just a little concerned that I won’t be able to do this without some help since I’m not a full-time PHP developer. I will definitely need to see some code examples, so I guess I am just wondering if that will definitely be available once going pro so I can wrap up this project for the client without any additional trouble. This is a project I am moving over from Event Espresso and I just don’t want to end up in a similar boat again where I hit a roadblock after buying.

    I think I discovered a quick way to add category classes to events in the calendar, so that part seems to be cleared up. Still hoping for some confirmation about hooks/filters documentation once going pro.

    we’ve added so many filters over the past months (probably 100s), documenting atm just isn’t possible (but we certainly will asap). however, we don’t have a problem directing you to the right one ??
