• I’ve been putting together my 1st e-commerce website using a blocksy theme, during which I encountered several issues I couldn’t resolved on my own due to my lack of experience in building website. My first thumbs up is for the blocksy plug-in, which allows you to create a ticket for support within your WordPress Website Builder, which I did. This is a great feature due to quick and visible link to submit a ticket for support. My second thumbs up is for Sergiu who open and assign my ticket almost immediately, and to Eduard, both member of the support team, which reply to my ticket very fast (next morning as I submitted a ticket very late the night before) with simple two line instructions of what I needed to do to grant him temporary access to my website and see what was happening. His response with the issue, the resolution of most of them (pertaining to blocksy), and what was causing the other issues (unrelated to blocksy) was too fast, that I was able to resume my project all within couple of hours (it took this long because I took longer to review my emails).
    Me personally, is not all about a product being good, to me is the experience with customer service, how fast they connect with me and how successful and fast the customer service address my issues, this is what makes me a loyal customer.
