Quick response on chat for errant auto updating plugin

I contacted chat support to find out why Essential Addons plugin auto updated even though I have the auto update disabled for all plugins. Santos didn’t know why, but said he would pass my query on to the developers. He could not solve my problem, but he was courteous, quick, and helpful.
