Quick responses not all showing

Hello,
When an agent tries to use the quick responses they do not all show on the screen. This is because the list is long and there does not appearto be a scroll available to scroll up and down on the list. As we are customer service with many departments we need to be able to see all the responses.
Can you please advise?
