Quick tags have disappeared in html

I just upgraded to version 1.8.3 and the ADS1 ADS 2 etc. buttons in the HTML post “Quick tags” have disappeared. This is something that happened in the past and was solved with 1 update, I tried to disconnect plugins to see if it is a conflict and nothing is a problem of your plugin.
