Quick View is not working! Help?!

Try to disable/enable plugin one by one to check for a possible conflict. It may be a plugin conflict.

I did exactly this. Disabled plugins one by one. No success. The Quick View functionality works when I’m in the Customizer, but not outside of it. I believe it is a theme issue? Is there an update?

I have the same problem. But it’s only in my Firefox browser. It works fine in Chrome and Explorer. I tried a different computer and same thing – Chrome displays Quick View, Firefox does not.

Also, when I click on the item, the product page doesn’t display the picture. It’s there (I can see the html thru Inspector and also can right click that area and click “view Image” to see it). It just doesn’t display (also on Firefox only).

This site has been up for a year with no issues – noticed this problem two days ago, but not sure how long it’s been there.

That is super weird as mine works in Firefox and not Chrome! I can not explain it.

Your site is password protected. Can you disable it so that I can check it? Go to Dashboard > Theme Panel > Scripts & Style – disable all, save the page then enable it again. Is Javascript enabled for your browser?

@redtailscream – That is so strange. So I went to your site to see what yours is doing and quick view worked for me in Firefox, Chrome and Explorer!

Is it possible you just need to clear your cache on Chrome?

I’ve purged cache in CloudFlare AND on this computer, disabled all addons, allowed pop-ups. I’m stumped.

That’s strange! Did you check it on a different device?

A computer running Windows 7, mine with Windows 8 and a laptop running Windows 10. All have the same issue. Phone is fine, but that’s Chrome. Why only Firefox for me and Chrome for @redtailscream? AND only on some computers. That’s the bizarre part. Could it have to do with region? Cloudflare caches by region for faster response time. I tried deactivating Cloudflare plus cleared cache and it’s still happening.

No, I don’t have any idea about it. it should work on your computers too. Did you try to check it on incognito mode? Did you enable the javascript on your browser?
