Quick View not Woking for customers

to add further,
referring to someone’s query on this forum I went on deactivating/activating plugins to check if there’s a conflict. And found Dokan plugin which is conflicting. If I deactivate it the quick view modal opens up for everyone.
Now I need help to sort out this.

I would also request you to please check the Dokan plugin settings for the logged-in users.

I had contacted Dokan team with the same issue. They have come up with following findings, Please suggest me how to counter this issue,

After checking your site, I found that the OceanWP theme is conflicting with the Dokan core function. The file “woo-quick-view.min.js” is the responsible file that is conflicting with Dokan. This file is coming from the OceanWP theme. Here is the reference screenshot.

Here is the file path: wp-content/themes/oceanwp/assets/js/wp-plugins/woocommerce/woo-quick-view.min.js?ver=3.1.3

As I have acknowledged to you before that Dokan is not integrated with the OceanWP theme. So that you may contact the theme author to know more about the issue.

I am deeply disappointed by the kind of response I am getting from Oceanwp. I have been waiting whole week to get a proper solution but nobody responded.

Mr. Abhishek (Abhishek (@abhikr781)) asked me to send the System info file which I did thereafter, I don’t know what happened, there’s no communication. If he found, it’s cant be resolved he should say so instead of keeping me waiting. If he is working on it that also can be communicated.

I really apologize for the delay in response. Somehow, I missed the enable notify option, so didn’t get the notification.

Thank you for sharing all the details.
Please try to disable all the nonocean plugins except woocommerce and check if it is working well or facing the same issue. If working well, enable the plugins one-by-one, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

Or If possible, I would request you to open a ticket at the official site to take a closer look into the issue. Because issues are only visible to logged-in users.

I have already identified the plugin that’s creating this issue. Its DOKAN and DOKAN team worked it out and identified the file i.e. “woo-quick-view.min.js” contributing to this. Only Oceanwp team can resolve this. Where can I file a ticket.
