    I am facing an issue with the Quick View feature in my Woo product carousel. When I click on the Quick View button, the loading animation appears but never completes, and the Quick View popup does not open.

    Apologies for any inconvenience you’ve encountered.

    That does seem unusual. We’ve tested it on our end, and everything appears to be working as expected. You can check out the test here: https://d.pr/v/ibWyFh.

    Could you please let us know the versions of the plugins you’re using (Elementor, Essential Addons FREE, and PRO)? This will help us investigate the issue further.

    In the meantime. Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this:

    Plugin conflict check: Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict is to temporarily deactivate all the plugins except Elementor, Elementor PRO(if any), and Essential Addons. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin => Plugins, and then deactivate other plugins.

    After deactivating all plugins, check if the issue still persists. If the issue goes away, then a plugin conflict is likely.

    Enable plugins one by one: Reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the website after each activation to see if the issue reappears. This will help you identify the plugins causing the conflict.

    Besides, you can switch to a different theme, like Hello Elementor or Twenty Twenty-Four. And check back as well.
