Quick View not working on non shop page

    Hi when using page that isn’t the designated shop page, the quick view just takes you to the product page, any suggestions on how to make the quick view work.

    Hi @jwip ,

    If you want to use the Quick view button on a non-designated page, try to use this shortcode [woosq id=”{product_id}”], for example [woosq id=”99″] to insert a Quick view button in the desired place. Please give it a try then give me the feedback if this is what you are looking for.

    Hi, yes I did this, unfortunately that did not work on a non shop page.

    Hi @jwip ,

    In that case, kindly contact our developers via this page, give a description of your request, they’ll give you specific instructions on this. Probably, your site is using external WooCommerce plugins or theme that prevents the functionality of this shortcode. Contact our developers and they will help you with that.
