• Dear fellow forum members,

I have a “request a free estimate” form on my web site. Contact Form 7 is what I typically use, but I’m open to other form builders.

I’m looking for a plugin or similar function that can send this information, when completed, directly to QuickBooks to create a new contact.

The purpose of this would be so that I can go into QuickBooks and generate an estimate for my customers without having to copy-and-paste manually each time to do the data entry.

Of course QuickBooks has an app that syncs with Salesforce but it costs $25/mo. And helpful services like Zapier hear the word “QuickBooks” and charge you premium rates starting at $15/month. I don’t want to get locked in to monthly fees like this to handle a basic recurring task.

When I search the web and forums on this topic, all I can find is information about QB & ecommerce integrations which is not what I need…

Any suggestions on how to proceed?? Thanks for your help, wise forum members!
