Quickloans Theme problems

  • Hello everyone. I have been having a problem with the Quickloans wordpress theme. I built the site a few days ago and randomly the background video and loan form near the bottom just stopped showing up. Nothing I see would prevent them from showing all of a sudden. So last night I reset everything and started from scratch with a new install file and everything…got it all set and about an hour into it the same thing happened…the video dissappeared and the loan form is gone. Hopefully someone can offer some insight. If it helps…it does show the pixelation as if it’s showing a video (from youtube btw). I would like to add that I get the blank screen when I go do Tools –> Import
    Also, when I try to add a new ‘Loan App’ it also just shows a blank box and I can’t add anything.

    Help please, lol…I’m going to work now and my boss really wants this theme working but I’m at a darn loss.
