Quickscan with redirect to different pages based on outcome.

    I would like to make a quickscan where users can answer a few questions. Based on the outcome the user will be redirected to a page. For example: there are ten questions and the total score is ten points. So every right answer will give the user one point.

    If the user scored less then seven points the user will be redirect to page A. Users that have a score of seven or more will be redirected to page B. Does anyone know if there is a nice plugin to manage this. If not I would like to get a bit of help to get me started to code this myself. I’ve looked for ways to do this but I can’t figure this out quite well.
