    Couple of quirks and questions I ran into, and some suggestions I have for them;

    1. I don’t use the rich text editor, in the standard editor there is no option/menu to add template tags in emails (things like {{customer.firstname}} etc.) Can this be added, or all available tags be listed/documented somewhere?

    2. When using {{cart.product.table}} the table has a 1px border around it. Can you add an option to change this? Maybe a few preset styles, like no border and only a border-bottom on the header row. Or no border at all. And a color option. Grey doesn’t suit everyone…

    3. {{cart.product.table}} is not 100% width. Please add a option to do so.

    4. Stats/recovered orders are not deleted once finished/lost/recovered.
    A bunch of similar plugins delete these after a while. Does your plugin do that? If so, after how many days?

    5. Stats periods, while useful, don’t seem to show much consistent info. Recovered % doesn’t seem to scale to the selected period.
    Lost orders show inconsistent numbers (probably related to the selected period)
    Selected periods “last month” “last week” etc. work awkward/unclear. Maybe it’s better to replace that with the same method WooCommerce uses in its Reports. Then it’s consistent and more straightforward to use because it matches Woo reports better.

    6. What does the webhook checkbox option do?

    – We have provided a filter through which you can set the border, colors, height, a width of table & product image size.

    – No, we haven’t provided such an option to delete orders as some users need it for a summary. If you want I will put forward your requirement to our concern development team.

    – It allows you to create a trigger such as notify the customer through external emails or send a message etc. with zapier webhooks.

    1. I’ll have a look.
    2. Good ?? I’ll see if that does what I need/want.
    3. Can you look into adding a optional “remove after 60 days” thing or something?
    4. So not really relevant for most people? Perhaps add a little explanation to the dashboard so people know what it is/does.
    5. Thanks, just take some inspirations from the WC > Reports section. It’s a basic but very useful UI.
    6. In your dashboard, it says “last month”, but really it’s “last 30 days”. The 4 options there don’t really match reality which can be confusing.
    Also clicking the various stats periods. The conversion rate keeps showing the global conversion rate. Not the % for the selected period.
    Again, if you can look at that and take some inspirations from the WC > Reports sections that would be nice.

    5 & 6. Improving the displaying of stats will make the plugin more useful because users can much more clearly/accurately see how much money they recover with it.
