Quit working after updating to Version 1.7.3

  • Different problem but same result: the form shows but the “send button” does not function.
    Besides, there had been a problem with latest update (1.7.2) and I now have 2 versions in the back office (1.6.8 and 1.7.3)…

    Actually, it works all right now, but I still have 2 versions in the back office (1.6.8 and updated 1.7.4), and impossible to get rid of 1.6.8 !
    I had to deactivate it in order to activate the update.

    You should deactivate and delete the old version and only then install the new version.

    Actually I had my web hosting service restore it to the previous version.
    I was a quick way to fix it for now.
    I think I will wait until the next update and then try again.
