quite large js dependency (53KB)

The plugin comes with quite a lot of javascript (53KB minified). This could be attributed to the embedded font that it contains. However, I’m not entirely sure. Also, I don’t know if this font is really necessary. I have my own fonts and also do not use text in the slides.

Combined with the 14KB CSS, this is more than the rest of my side combined (excluding lazy-loaded images and fonts), leading to significant loading times for first-time visitors.
