Quiz answers have disappeared

  • Hi,
    Just gone back into resume building my course. The last section I built was a quiz plus answers. My answers are no longer there. So I retyped all possible answers as it is a multiple choice quiz and saved again but when I go back to check they have not been saved. I’ve deactivated and reactivated the plugin but still the answers are not saved…. ??

    Yes, I understand and you are right.
    We will be spending more time and making more tests to replicate the issue as you said it is an intermittent problem. Once we find it, we will resolve it and update you here.

    Yes, asking for the login information and checking, it would be lot easier for us to inspect the issue. However, it’s forum policy that we do not and we will stick by it. We might get suspended here if we don’t follow it. This rule is actually there to protect us from any legal consequences and all.

    Anyway, we will make more tests and hopefully we can replicate the issue soon for ourselves. Thanks.

    One question: Which hosting service are you using? And does the both sites where you tried Masteriyo use the same hosting service?
