Quiz attached to lesson error in URL

    I am having problems attaching my quizzes to my lessons.
    I attach, then I go to the quiz and receive a ‘page not found’
    On some pages the quiz button is not visible.
    I set these up several months ago, and have not used them. Today i
    was just checking and discovered this problem.

    404 errors are sometimes the result of cached permalink issues. Try this: https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-flush-wordpress-rewrite-rules-or-permalinks/

    I worked out the issue.

    I used the QSM (Quiz Survey Master) plugin and used the same slug setting as the quiz. I have altered the slug in the QSM and all is restored.
