    Hello

This is a problem from SENSEI LMS 3.15.2.

When I upload the file with the quiz, “Please answer at least one question.” Is displayed.
And the file cannot be uploaded.

There is also the problem that when the question is made into multiple paragraphs, it is deleted and only one paragraph is displayed.

    PC environment
    WordPress: 5.8.3
    PHP7.4.25
    SENSEI LMS 3.15.2

    Please give me some advice

  • Hi @haidoro!

Did you upload a file for the quiz or is the question type a file upload type? Could you share a screenshot of your setup and what you’re seeing on your end? You can use this tool to share your screenshots with us: https://snipboard.io/

For adding paragraphs to your question, you can add another line or another paragraph block for the Question Description, like this: https://d.pr/i/8K7nfS

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Since the update 3.15.2, the upload file type questionnaires are giving a form validation error.

This happens when, once the files have been chosen and after clicking the “Complete” button.

After a moment of calling the back, a form error message appears, “You must answer at least one question”

I have the same problem with the last versión.

    Thanks

    click1 select button
    click2 complete button
    click3 save button

    click1 → click2 : Cannot upload
    click1 → click3 → click2 : Can be uploaded

After selecting the file up to SENSEI 3.15.2, you could upload it by clicking the Complete button.
But now you also have to press the save button.

Is it okay to select, save, and complete in that order?

    Hi @haidoro

Thanks for sharing the screenshots, that was very helpful!

I was able to replicate both issues.

I can see how it can be confusing to have a Complete button and a Save button when uploading a document to the file type questionnaire. For now, let’s stick with that flow: Upload document -> Save -> Complete. I recommend adding that to your instructions, so there’s no confusion with your learners.

However, I’ve gone ahead and submit a feature request to our GitHub repository. If you want to add more details or follow up with developers, here is the link:

Regarding the multiple paragraph problem, I have shared this issue as well with our development team by uploading a bug report to our GitHub repository. Please note that we don’t have an estimated time frame for when this may be fixed. However, you can certainly follow up with dev team in this other link:

Let us know if you have any other questions.
