    Hey , hope you are doing well, I m enjoying your plugin , but Today I have uploaded a quiz , here is the link https://medicoengineer.com/mdcat-mock-test-free-whole-pmdc-syllabus/ , some students who are iphone users are complaining that their quiz is not submitted , when ever they submit it is not submitted . one student was using iphone 11 pro max and chrome installed in it , he tried many times but every time time he submits the test , the quiz starts from first page, I could not get the chrome version details as student is not aware about this thing. I m using your up to date plugin. my WordPress version is 6.2.2 and php version 8.0

    Thank you for the topic.

    We have checked and noticed that the Result page is normally displayed after the quiz submission on our end.

    See the screenshot below:

    Please provide us with the following information for further investigation of this case.

    1. A short video, where the process of getting this case can be displayed.
    2. The IOS version you are using.
    3. Let us know whether the case appears with Google Chrome, or with another browser (e.g. Safari).
    4. Please let us know whether you are using a?Cache plugin?or not.
      If?yes, then, please make a?DB backup?for your safety (you can use?UpdraftPlus).

      Then,?clear all the caches?and check whether the issue persists or not. Make sure the cache is?excluded on the page where the given quiz is enabled.
      After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the?Incognito mode or another browser/device.?

    two to three reported the same issue , unfortunately i could not get the screen record video , I requested the students to send but they could not.

    I got a IOS version of a student’s smart phone that is IOS version: 16.1.1, still I m trying to get the screen recording.

    One another student reported the same issue and using safari browser but we could not get the IOS or Safari version.

    As you mentioned in earlier response about the Cache Plugin , Yes I m using LS cache plugin but Cache is disabled in all quiz pages , and I also shared the link with student that is Without page optimization but still same issue occurred according to the student.

    I request you to please check all the possible versions of ios and possible browsers, We have recieved all the reports from IOS users.

    Our Dev Team has checked your case.
    You have a great number of questions and all of them are displayed on one page when we click on the Start button.?
    Sometimes, a problem occurs when clicking on the Submit button.

    The Browser displays an error connected to the huge data.
    The error: the webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred

    We are getting this kind of?error for the first time.
    So, troubleshooting needs to be done to find the reason for the problem.?

    Please check each of the following cases and let us know in which case the problem gets resolved. 

    1. Disable the Display all questions on one page option.

    3. If the problem persists after these changes, please reduce the number of questions, make them 100, and check the case again.

    Thanks For Your kind response.

    1. Answers on result page were already disabled, but issue was still happening. but now we have enabled as per our need
    2. as I m using free version of this plugin so i have two options to display questions , i can display all questions or only one question per page. so for troubleshooting i have enabled one question per page , and issue is resolved! But this is not a solution for many users, you should improve the plugin to next level as it can work well with this kind of data, as problem is only reported with IOS , may be on Other OSs but we have noticed only on IOS. Hope Next update will resolve this problem. If you need any kind of information regarding this I m here to provide.

    Our Development Team has been investigating this case on our end during this period of time.
    As you mentioned, the problem gets resolved after setting one question per page and you have done that.

    In order our Dev Team can test the case and provide a solution accordingly, please do one of the following steps.

    1. Either, make the settings in a way that all questions can be displayed on one page for this quiz.
    2. Or, in case you don’t want to apply changes to this quiz, duplicate it, set the questions to be displayed on one page, insert the quiz in a testing post, and publish it. Then, provide us with its link for further investigation of your case.

    Please let us know whether you have an AMP installed on your website or not.
    If yes, then, please temporary deactivate the AMP plugin and check the case in that way. Then, let us know about the outcome.

    Please note, that the case you are referring to is a complex one and our Dev Team needs time to investigate the case.

    They need time to understand whether a solution can be found or not. If yes, then what would be the solution.
