Quiz increases the wp-options table dramatically

Hello
I am using your great plugin and recently found something pretty concerning inside my SQL database:
The WP-OPTIONS table has been increased to about 200 MB!!
after checking inside I saw that all the extra rows (about 2 million!)that caused this was done by the quiz plugin.
are you aware of it? is there something that can be done to avoid this? to fix this?
