How did you resolve this? I’m having a similar issue with one of my sites. The quiz does not show at all. I created a second version of the quiz, and this one appears for 10-20 seconds and then disappears, and only the navigation buttons are visible.

I’ve followed all troubleshooting suggestions, and nothing has worked. I’m on day 6 of the problem. I have three other sites with the same quiz that works. My next choice is to start over with a different plugin, which is not what I want to do since I love the features and functionality of QSM. I’ve not been able to get any help from their support team.

I hope you have the answers I seek.

I did not do anything it is just a cache issue. Please clear the browser cache and then check.

Regarding the other website issue, I request you to please check the console of the website and then follow the troubleshooting suggestions.

Please check below-given video link for your reference. It seems that it is a server-side scripting issue please disable them and then check.
