You need to click ‘Save question’ button before refreshing the page. Please do the same and let me know if this resolves the issue or not.

Hi Kriti, in version 7.0.1, the issue actually even occurred when pressing the “Save Question” button first (you can see that in the video I posted above).

However, it seems to be fixed now, in version 7.0.2. Thanks for the quick turnaround! ??
