Quiz not showing

    I have temporarily disabled the need to be logged in and activated pagination on an existing survey page: https://www.pcgcare.eu/my-toolbox/pcg-self-assessment-form/

    As you will see nothing is shown.

    Once you have identified the issue please let me know so I can change teh settings again.

    I checked out the page so you can change the settings back for now.

    Interestingly, the quiz is being created and added into the HTML okay but the JavaScript file that handles the pagination is not being loaded on your site for some reason which is why the first page of the quiz is not being shown.

    Can you try the basic troubleshooting techniques outlined in the “Read Before Posting” topic so we can rule out any conflicts. I’ll copy them here for your convenience:

    • Switch to the default theme such as Twenty Fifteen, does your problem still persist?
    • De-activate all other plugins, does your problem still persist?
    • If that solves the problem, re-activate your plugins one at a time and test if the problem re-appears. If so, let us know which plugin caused it.
