Quiz not working

  • Hello,

    I have an issue where a student is going through my course. They complete a quiz and then couldn’t get out of it. I replicated the quiz and it then would not even allow to start the new quiz.

    Also duplicated a quiz that worked earlier this morning and inserted it into and couldn’t start it.

    Any ideas??

    We suspect that this issue might be caused by a caching plugin or a conflict with another plugin, which could be interfering with LearnPress’s JavaScript.

    Please try the following steps to troubleshoot:

    1. Disable all other plugins?except for LearnPress.
    2. Switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Four.
    3. Clear your browser cache?and any site cache.

    After performing these steps, check if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved, you can enable your plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict.

    If the issue still occurs after trying these steps, please contact us again, and we will look into it further.
