Quiz not working in IE 10 and 11

We apologize for the delayed response. While logged into the Internet Explorer version of your WordPress site lets try a few troublshooting techniques. It could be that another plugin is conflicting with your quiz in the Internet Explorer environment.

Switch to the default theme such as Twenty Fifteen, does your problem still persist?

De-activate all other plugins, does your problem still persist?

If that solves the problem, re-activate your plugins one at a time and test if the problem re-appears. If so, let us know which plugin caused it.

Please see above. I have already said that “The problem for explorer does not get fixed even if I switch to the default theme (Twenty Fifteen) or turn off all plugins except quizmaster. My website and quiz is not yet public but I hope to make it public ASAP.”

i will have to recheck. It seems that after making the theme changes, I need to wait for 5-10 minutes before the effect of the change kicks in. After a few minutes of shifiting to twenty-fifteen, the quiz scores are working in explorer. Will send more details about plugins later….

I’m totally stumped by what I have found. There was a brief window of 5-10 minutes after switching to twenty-fifteen theme that the quiz worked in explorer but after that it hasn’t worked again. The plugins have had no effect on explorer performance. Please help!

Thank you for choosing to use our plugin. I am sorry that you are experiencing this unique issue. Eric is out for a few days so I asked him to send over the details of this ticket earlier.

I looked through the details and then took your quiz a few times to take a look at how it is set up and what options that you are using.

I then came up with a few theories to test. Luckily, I think the first theory seems to be the right one because when I tested it, your quiz showed the right score in IE.

To confirm this, can you temporarily turn the “Disable question once user selects answer?” option to “No”. This option is found on the Options tab and your quiz appears to currently have it set to “Yes”. My theory is that there is possibly a something in the code for that option that is conflicting with a way that IE does things.
