That’s no good, sorry for the trouble. All our testing shows the quizzes working for all up to date iOS devices, so we’re not sure what the cause could be.
We’ll see what we can figure out though. Could you please provide us a link where we can inspect the quiz ourselves. That would be a big help.
Also please make sure all required fields are filled out in the quiz. No blank questions or answers.
Then lastly we need to make sure this is not be caused by interference from other software. It’s possible it’s a conflict that only affect’s mobile safari. To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.
1. First please deactivate all plugins except Quiz Cat and see if the issue persists.
2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns.
3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.
If you find a conflict with a plugin or theme, let us know what it was and we’ll look into recreating the issue.
