Quiz plugin

Hello,

please could you recommend me some good solution for this situation:

I need to create quiz like test with qustions (which free quiz plugin is best???) and I need this function …. when the person fill in all qustions click on certain button to show results – here I would like to set up that form of my email marketing provider will be shown where he has to fill the email and confirm coditions and then on his email will be sent confirmation email double-opt in where he has to click on link and this link will redirect him to the page where he will see his answers and correct answers, mistakes etc. It is possible to find some quiz plugin which will show results of quiz after redirect by link? … Or could you recommend me some another better solution ? Thank you
