• When using a quiz with the “Matrix sorting choice”, it shows often an incorrect answer, even though a correct answer has been dragged in. When I try the same quiz again or refreshed my browser, it shows me the correct answer. It doesn’t happen all the time, but too often. Problem found in chrome, Edge, Firefox, emptied and refreshed my cache to no avail.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening? I’m using this plugin for exercises to be used in a school and it wouldn’t help if wrong answers are showing, even though it is right.

    Is this a bug?

    Thanks for any quick response.

Here’s one example thats happening on the frontend. Screenshot And yes, i did check at the backend to see if those answers were wrongly sorted.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
    Please help

I am experiencing a related problem. I am still working the system up to run a charity quiz. I have entered 5 questions and answers. When I run the preview to test it, if I have left out a full-stop or apostrophe in the answer, it is marked incorrect.
    For example:
    Q. Can a homing pigeon fly home carrying a fridge magnet?
    A. No.
If the contestant fails to put the stop in it is marked wrong.
    Q. Which book by Thomas Keneally won the Booker prize in 1982?
    A. Schindler’s Ark.
If the apostrophe is omitted in the contestant’s answer, it is marked incorrect.
How can I avoid this happening?
