QUIZ SUBMISSION NOT SUCCESFUL IN AMP VERSION

  • WHY MY SUBMISSIONS ARE NOT WORKING IN AMP VERSIONS, BUT WORKING FINE IN NON AMP VERSION OF PAGES
    i have recently installed quiz and survey master plugin in my website oorb.in
    i prepared a quiz and posted it in one of my post. The post is working fine in NON AMP VERSION.
    BUT IN AMP VERSION, THE QUIZ ANSWERS ARE NOT GETTING SUBMITTED AND THE ERROR IS SHOWING IN A GREE BOX LIKE THIS
    “IT APPEARS YOUR SUBMISSION WAS SUCCESFUL. EVEN THOUGH THE SERVER RESPONDED OK. IT IS POSSIBLE THE SUBMISSION WAS NOT PROCESSED. PLEASE CONTACT THE DEVELOPER OF THIS FORM PROCESSOR TO IMPROVE THIS MESSAGE”.

    I AM A NON-TECH GUY. DONOT KNOW MUCH INFORMATION ON CODING. I HAVE THE SAME PLUGIN (QSM) IN MY OTHER 2 WEBSITES. BUT, I NEVER HAD A PROBELM IN AMP PAGES. WHY THE SAME PLUGIN IS BOTHERING ME IN THIS WEBSITE.

    At first, I suggest you to kindly check for plugin and theme conflict on your website. The fastest way to rule out conflicts is to deactivate all plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty. If this resolves the issue, you have indeed a conflict. You can then switch back to the theme you are using to check if you can reproduce the issue. If the issue isn’t reproduced when your theme is active, you can enable one plugin at a time to check when the issue reappears. Doing this will narrow down the conflict to a specific plugin or a theme conflict.
