Quiz Submit Button not showing

    I have a course which is live since a few months. Suddenly in some quizzes the submit button is missing. Yesterday it was there for at least two of the lessons and today it just vanished but for others it is still showing. I didn’t update anything since yesterday.

    That seems odd that it happened suddenly. If you switch themes, is it still missing? I wonder if there’s some CSS rule that might be hiding it by accident?

    Does it happen on different browsers like Safari / Chrome / Firefox?
